What is cavity insert in mould?
A mold is a hollow form typically made from stainless steel that has plastic injected into it to manufacture a plastic part. The plastic is inserted into the mold cavity, which is a hole in the mold shaped like the desired part.An improved mold having removable and replaceable cores and cavities, so that the need of providing a new mold base for every new part or product is eliminated. By doing so, the mold cost is substantially reduced, since only the cores and cavities need be replaced.

(d) If we both agreed on the offer, for trade rules, we accept 50% Deposit before order, and 50% Balance when shipment is taking.Then we can start manufacturing or sample process.

A: It depends on the mold parts’s size and complexity. Normally, the lead time is 20-30 days. If the mold parts are very simple and not in big size, we can work out with 12 days.

A: You can provide us a sample, we will help finish the 3D drawing design.
Q4.Before shipment, how to make sure the products quality?
