1. Inquiry-Professional quotation.
2. Confirm the price, lead time, artwork, payment term etc.
3. Senlan sales send the Proforma Invoice with Senlan seal.
4. Customer make the payment for deposit and send us Bank receipt.
5. Initial Production Stage-Inform the clients that we have got the payment,And will make the products according to your request,. After getting the sample or drawing approval, we inform that we will arrange the production & inform the estimated time.
6. If possible,middle Production-send photos to show the production line which you can see your products in . Confirm the estimated delivery time again.
7. End Production-Mass production products photos will send to you for approval. You can also arrange the third party Inspection .
8. Clients make payment for balance and Senlan Ship the goods .Inform the tracking number and check the status for clients.
FAQ
Q:Whether some samples can be provided?
A:Yes, just need some sample cost, we will return it back when proceed into mass production.
Q:Will my drawing be safe after you get it?
A:Yes, we will not release your design to third party unless with your permission.
Q:How to deal with the parts received when they are found to be in poor quality?
A:Please rest assured that all our products are QC inspected and accepted with inspection report before delivery and generally there will no non-conformance; in case of non-conformance, please contact us immediately, take some pictures, we will check on the problems and have them reworked or repaired at the first time with , the resulting transportation costs borne by our company.
