Mold Core and Cavity as the heart of the mold,its quality,surface finish and fit directly affect the quality of the mold.The solutions we provide to our customers is to use the 1.2343 from ASSAB with excellent polishing performance to make the cavity.
The products are machined by imported CNC, EDM,OD grinder,ID grinder to ensure its equal altitude and consistency and interchangeability.
For special application requirements,the surface treatment of TIN,DLC can be provided to improve the wear resistance and extend the service life.
